"Boiling" refers to the phenomenon that the temperature of the loader diesel engine is too high and the coolant boils and vaporizes in the water tank. The main reasons for "boiling" of diesel engine and the methods of prevention and elimination are as follows:
1. Scaling on the inner wall of radiator radiator tube (core) is too thick, which affects heat dissipation. In use, attention should be paid to adding clean cooling water and regularly removing scales in the water tank.
2. Leakage of radiator or cooling system causes insufficient coolant. Check the cause of leakage and add enough cooling water after troubleshooting.
3. Cylinder gasket or liner damage, high pressure gas in the cylinder enters the water cooling system, resulting in water tank "bubbling" and "boiling" (in this case, with diesel engine oil emulsification phenomenon). Whether the cylinder gasket or liner is damaged or not should be repaired and replaced if necessary.
4. Damage of water pump, no circulation of cooling water or insufficient circulation strength. The cause of pump damage should be checked and new pumps should be replaced if necessary.
5. When the machine works for a long time with high load, the fan belt is too loose and the wind speed is not strong, the phenomenon of overheating will also occur. The loads of loaders should be reasonably arranged to prevent overheating.
6. The damage of the thermostat results in the failure of the large cycle and the overheating of the machine. The thermostat should be replaced.
Attention should be paid to the fact that loaders working in high-cold areas will also boil, mainly because of the freezing in the radiator and the inability of large circulation of coolant. Therefore, in the use of loaders in cold areas, attention should be paid to adding thermal insulation devices in the front of the radiator.
