1. All employees in this department are required to undergo three levels of pre-employment safety and fire training (Quality Technology Department, Cement Department, Department), and pass a test before they are allowed to start work.

2. Loader drivers must be trained in professional operation and familiar with the structure, performance and working principle of the loader. After passing the examination, the licensee is allowed to operate the loader.

3. Vehicles within the factory premises must not exceed a maximum speed of 10 kilometers per hour. Overspeeding and aggressive driving are strictly prohibited. All other vehicles should avoid to each other, ensuring safe and orderly passage.

5. Working under the influence of alcohol or leaving a vehicle with a non-driver is strictly prohibited.

6. Vehicles must pay attention to the safety of other workers and equipment on the site. When moving forward and backward, they must look around for passing vehicles and keep a safe distance from loaded and unloaded vehicles.

7. The driver must cooperate with the unloader at all positions. When feeding, you should sound the horn and get out of the car to check if there is someone on the grate, and confirm that no one is there before feeding.

8. All drivers are required to constantly enhance their safety awareness. Drivers have the right to refuse to quit and report to their superiors if they are unsafe while performing various tasks.

9. During the use of the vehicle, the driver must carefully check the oil level, cooling water and mechanical connection parts, often check and tighten various nuts to prevent early wear and tear of the vehicle, and nip accidents in the bud.

10.  . When the loader is traveling, the bucket should be kept in the transportation position, that is, the distance between the bottom of the bucket and the ground is about 400 mm. Acceleration, sharp turns, braking and jagged driving must be avoided in order to ensure stable operation of the loader.

11. When the loader is going downhill, it is strictly forbidden to turn off the engine and slide out of gear. Otherwise, it will lead to hydraulic steering failure and cause a major traffic accident.

12. When loading and unloading materials, it is strictly forbidden to transport materials when the material is on one side or the bucket is lifted to the highest position ensure stability and safe operation of the loader.

14. When picking up, the appropriate gear and speed should be selected according to the resistance of the material. After the bucket is inserted into the pile, the boom should be raised, the bucket should be retracted and the vehicle should continue to move forward.

15. Loader operation shall comply with the following six requirements:

(1) High-speed goods are not allowed to be picked up.

(2) Picking up goods on a turn is not allowed.

(4)No transverse driving on sloping surface.

(5)Prohibit the use of the bucket under heavy load conditions.
